    German Spritz

    1 cup butter
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
    2 1/2 cups flour

    Use a cookie press for shapes. Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees F.
